Fall 2024 Scripsit commemorates Michael Clark’s artistic career. In 36 image-filled pages, it explores his calligraphic and typographic portfolio, as well as the people who influenced him. This appreciation was written by Tamara M. Stoneburner, one of his students and the editor of this issue. The Washington Calligraphers Guild named Michael Clark an Honorary Member for producing more than a dozen Scripsits that introduced us to talented young calligraphers, both domestic and international.
