WCG Annual Meeting

Gather at 2:30 in the church social hall for business meeting at 3 followed by demonstrations. Only the business meeting (elections, updates) will be carried on Zoom. Refreshments will be provided – and if you have a special treat that you would like to share, it will be welcomed!

About the event
Gather in the Church Social Room at 2:30 so we can elect board officers, review committee accomplishments, catch up on the 50th Anniversary events, enjoy calligraphy demonstrations, check out the WCG library, get to know new members and renew relationships!
Zoom participants: enter between 2:45 and 3, because at 3 the room will be called to order for the Business Meeting: Following President Sabrina McNeal's annual report and other business, the election of officers for 2026-27 will be held. In order to open the election to members everywhere, the business meeting will be hybrid; we regret we cannot share the demonstrations with online members.
